This weekend I pulled out another maxi dress to help me stay comfy yet chic in these warm Oklahoma temps. While this dress isn’t maternity, I’ve been able to wear it since it had some extra fabric in the waist area thanks to some gathering. W picked up this dress as well. Target has had so many fun, affordable pieces lately! To dress up the maxi a bit for church (plus it’s always chilly in there it seems!), I added a staple in my closet – ¾ sleeve ponte blazer from The Limited. The lovely cobalt shade adds just the right pop of color. The look is finished off with an array of gold bracelets and black bauble necklace.
Style Tip for the Day: Have a maxi dress that feels too casual for the office or church? Add a chic cardigan or tailored blazer to step up the look a notch. You won’t compromise comfort but still look pulled together. 🙂
