For today’s cozy sister style like we thought it would be the perfect way to wrap up the month with our February Q&A session! If you missed our January edition click here. We are also going to share styling tips for the infamous barefoot dreams cardigans so stay tuned for the end of the post!
1. How long have y’all been blogging?
It’s almost time for our six year anniversary since we started our blog! We can’t believe how fast it’s gone. We will definitely do a fun post once the actual anniversary rolls around next week!
2. Who is more organized?
Lindsay is for sure! As kids when we share the same room, Lindsay always love to color coordinate and organize everything with labels.
3. Did you all do the same sports and activities growing up?
We actually did! We did ballet, piano, tennis, cross country, track, tumbling, art lessons etc. Running and ballet were the ones we did for the longest. 🙂
4. What did you all study in college?
My degree is in Business {marketing} and Lindsay’s is in Nutritional Sciences. She also has her Masters Degree and teaches nutrition classes at OSU.
5. Who was the first to get married?
I got married first and then Lindsay got married about three years later. It was so wonderful being the Maid / Matron of Honor in each other’s weddings.
6. What’s your favorite thing about working together?
We love getting to have extra time to spend together. You can never have too much sister time!
7. What’s your favorite highlighter?
We love this palette from physicians formula. It is so affordable and it lasts a long time too. The white shade and the pink shade are our favorites.
8. Who cuts / colors your hair?
We go to Ali from Profile Hair Concierge located in Edmond, OK. She’s amazing! not only does she do great haircuts and color, she also does wedding / special event make up and hair styles. Click here for more info.
9. What’s your favorite new top for spring?
We are loving this ruffle hem style from Gibson. It comes in lots of colors and ships for free!
10. Do we have a signature perfume?
We have been wearing this YSL perfume for more than year and love it! They also make the rollerball size which is great because it makes it a more affordable way to try new scents.
Now for a little bit about our outfits! Late February and early March are those hard style weeks where everyone wants to wear spring items but it is still cold. This is when it’s perfect to pull out cozy cardigans that aren’t too heavy but also keep you warm throughout the day. These particular styles are from Barefoot Dreams. While they are a little more expensive than what we normally spend on sweaters, it is money well spent. They are so soft and last for years.

The circle hem style that Lindsay is wearing today comes in several colors here. She is wearing a size XS/S. If you are a true small or medium then we suggest going with the M. The waterfall cardigans run true to size. I’m wearing my usual size small here. Also, our favorite cute and casual Vince Camuto booties are now 40% off here! You can easily shop the rest of our outfits in the widgets above.
You probably noticed that we have matching Tory Burch Fleming bags on. We love this style so much! The color that Lindsay is wearing is called “Mink” and it just came out last month. We are loving this neutral shade and how it goes with everything. My black version is still available here as well and it is such a great classic.
Thank you so much for stopping by your blog today for our new Q&A session. If you have any questions leave them below or email us and will include them in our March Q&A edition. Have a wonderful day!
