As soon as I saw this #100percentbloomies blouse from Kobi Halperin I knew it would be the perfect thing for a night out on the town. This acclaimed designer loves delicate details and feminine fabrics – both of which this one of a kind cape blouse has. It’s on sale for 50% off too!
