In today’s post we will share fit details and the things we purchased to take home with us. 🙂 Let’s get started with some of our favorites!
1. Poppy Bloom Smocked Tie Neck Blouse // Shop it HERE
This floral blouse is my favorite from the try on. The print is just so pretty and the fabric is soft and flowy. It is a bit sheer so you will need to layer with a cami like this one (currently $10 with the promo!) I’m wearing my regular size xs in the photo and I’d say it fits true to size. But, if you like a bit of length of a more flowy top you could size up.
2. Stripe Floral Blouse // Shop it HERE
This stripe floral blouse is cotton material and would be great for layering with a jacket or vest, or wearing on it’s own. The floral mixed with stripes is really fun. I’m wearing size small in the photo because I have wider shoulders and like a more relaxed fit. But, I do feel like it runs true to size, it just wasn’t an over sized fit.
3. Chambray Tie Cuff Henley Blouse // Shop it HERE
This chambray henley top had such cute tie sleeve details. It was the longest blouse I tried on in the session. (Which makes it great to wear with legging type jeans. It’s a very light weight material and easy to layer with. I would say it runs true to size to slightly big. This was the xs and it had plenty of room for movement. If in between sizes I would suggest sizing down.
4. Camo Jean Jacket // Shop it HERE
We love all things camo so I was really excited to see this jacket debut in the new arrivals this week. It’s a traditional jean material and denim jacket fit. The sleeves are full length but has a more cropped style than we traditionally wear. I sized up to a small to see if that gave me a bit more length of my longer torso (but that made the sleeves a bit baggy). I would suggest you order your regular size in this one. Would look cute layered over a tee or dress too. I just would pair it with a long tunic since the jacket is a bit cropped.
5. Paisely Henley Tunic // Shop it HERE
The colors on this paisley tunic were very pretty and soft. This top also ran long which would make it great to wear with legging jeans. The fit was true to size to a bit big. I would suggest sizing down if between sizes.
6. Poppy Bloom Shirred Keyhole Blouse // Shop it HERE
This black floral blouse is another piece that came home with me. I love the pink and yellow floral print paired with the black background. The fabric is really soft and lightweight which makes it great for layering or wearing on its own. This is the xs so I would say it runs true to size to slightly big (which makes for a comfortable tunic fit).
7. Striped Ruffle Bell Sleeve Blouse // Shop it HERE
This stripe bell sleeve ruffle top was really cute and comfortable. I’m wearing a size small in the photo, but I would suggest getting your normal size. This is a regular length top, so would look good out or with a front tuck. It also comes in grey. I didn’t buy this one… but after seeing the photos later I’m thinking I may go back to get it. 🙂
8. Dotted Blouson Henley Top // Shop it HERE
This dotted black and white henley blouse was really cute and comfortable. We always like a classic black and white print I’m wearing my regular size xs in the photo and it was true to size to slightly big. But, for me I wouldn’t size down because I like my tops to have some movement.
9. Rib Trim Pocket Cardigan // Shop it HERE
This cream rib trim cardigan surprised me once I tried it on. I have a large cardigan collection from the last few months and didn’t think this would be anything different that what I already have lol. But, I really loved it once I tried it on. The fabric is very soft and covers the bottom so you could wear it with leggings. It also had sleeves that weren’t too tight that allowed to easily layer with a blouse underneath. The notch at the hem adds just a bit of visual interest too. At 50% off this is really a great buy!
10. Border Paisley Henley Tunic // Shop it HERE
This paisley tunic had us ready for vacation planning. It ran true to size and I really liked the mix of blue, pink and lime. Would also look cute with white jeans.
11. Pearlized Mixed Media Top // Shop it HERE
This navy mixed media pearl sleeve top was really pretty and comfortable. The back of the shirt is knit which gives is a bit of stretch and movement. The sleeves are a 3/4 style which was nice (I have short arms lol). I’m wearing a size small in the photo and I liked the fit of it so I’d say if in between sizes, size up.
12. Floral Embroidered Blouson Sleeve Sweater // Shop it HERE
I was excited to try on this pretty black sweater with floral embroidery and blouson sleeves. I’m wearing size small in the photo. The fabric was soft and the style is great to wear now and later into the spring. I would suggest sizing up if between sizes.
