Three Must Try Trends For Spring

Spring Trend 1: Lively Colors & Prints

When it comes to spring outfits, it’s no surprise that we love all things colorful and full of pattern. Bold hues look good on everyone! Plus if you are having photos taken at a gathering or event, choosing a bright shade or a chic pattern will always be a great choice.

For today’s outfits, Lindsay is wearing this Flutter Sleeve Shift Dress which features the prettiest blue background, green leaves, white flowers and scattered black butterflies. I selected this Lattice Knit Wrap dress in the color “fern green”. I love how both of them create the perfect statement for spring.

As far as sizing goes, both of our dresses run true to size and are very comfortable! Lindsay’s light blue dress comes in sizes 00-18 in both regular and petite options. My faux wrap dress comes in sizes XS – XXL in both regular and petite options.

Spring Trend 2: Slingback Heels

When it comes to heels, we love flattering yet comfy styles. This is why we are so glad the slingback style is back and bigger than ever! Lindsay is wearing the Lanie Colorblock Leather Slingback Pumps in a white/black combo. This style also comes in a lilac/red which we’ve linked below.

I picked out the Kerry Suede Slingback Pumps in black since I have been needing a classic pair that can work for meetings, church outfits and even casual looks. They are so comfy and run true to size. If you are between sizes, we suggest going down in the Lanie style as it runs a tad wider. But overall we can’t recommend these new styles enough! The heel height still provides some leg lengthening without comprising on comfort.

Spring Trend 3: Cropped Trench Coat

Last but not least, we were excited to try out the cropped trench coat trend with our floral + lattice print dresses today. This trench jacket has been SO popular and is almost sold out once. We can see why! But, we just saw it fully restocked so definitely grab it before it sells out again! The fabric is durable but lightweight and the lining makes this perfect for cool spring temps {and fall weather too}.

As far as sizing goes, it does run large so we sized down. If you have short arms then we highly recommend getting the petite. Lindsay usually wears a 2 in jackets and has on the 0 petite and it’s perfect. I usually wear a 4 or 6 in jackets and I purchased the size 2 and it’s a perfect fit as well.
