Happy Thursday!
We are so excited that tomorrow is December 1st! December is always a favorite time of year not only because of Christmas but it’s our birthday month too! Speaking of fun holiday things, we had the opportunity to go to NYC earlier this month to kick off the holiday season with the Walmart team! It was such a surprise to receive the invite to the private dinner to celebrate Walmart x Scoop & Free Assembly holiday collections. Definitely a bucket list item for us!!! We of course rsvp’d yes! We’ve been to NYC for fashion weeks over the years but we have never been there during the holidays!
Fast forward a few weeks and we landed in NYC and checked in at the historic The Hotel Chelsea! This stunning hotel was built in 1882 and is truly impressive! The rooms are so chic and we loved the ambience throughout the hotel and its restaurants. Everyone was so helpful too!
After getting settled, we decided to walk around NYC for a few hours before getting ready for our dinner event. The sun was shining and the weather was perfect. We made it to some beautiful stores and some sightseeing spots as well. NYC is definitely so lovely in the fall!
Now for the event! We each picked out oh so chic faux wrap dresses from the latest Scoop collection available exclusively at Walmart! The styles are so comfy and flattering!
It’s hard to put into words how incredible the evening was! From getting to meet the amazing Walmart team members and fellow influencers to enjoying the delicious food and music – the evening was so perfect and the best way to kick off the holiday season! They even gave us the most thoughtful gifts!
Meeting Brandon Maxwell and hearing his inspiration behind his Scoop and Free Assembly collections was so special. He is SO kind and hilarious. He made us feel so appreciated and included. Thanks to him and the Walmart team it truly was a night we won’t forget!
