Happy Wednesday!
Whit and I are back with another NYFW post. Sunday was by far the most fun day!! We attended the #rSNYFW party at the Americano Hotel. It was such a gorgeous location and we were able to meet so many fabulous bloggers! The photo above is our first time meeting Lauren from Reward Style! Doesn’t she do pink hair so well? 🙂 We have been a part of RS for about 3.5 years now, and she was our main rep until she was promoted a few months back. She is from Dallas, be we hadn’t met in person until the event. We are SO grateful for all the tips she has passed along over the years. She helped motivate us to get a new blog design and layout. As a side note, were are so happy we did that… bye bye pink, purple and sparkles lol! We used Designer Blogs for our site design and business cards… but we will save that for another post next week.
On to the outfit info… we decided last minute to change one of our dresses. We both had fabulous floral dresses from Maggy London, but decided we would be too matchy. That morning we went out shopping and found the perfect new outfit for me. Nothing like shopping with pressure! This Calvin Klein faux suede dress has a bit of stretch and was very comfortable. I added the Sam Edelman heels for a touch of print and sparkle. Dress is here and the shoes are 75% off here (they run true to size). We wore a new long lasting lipstick from Stila in Amafli.
Meeting Angela Lanter from Hello Gorgeous made us happy! We LOVE her blog and tutorials. So gorgeous and inspiring! If you don’t already follow her, you must check out her blog and youtube channel.
The Oklahoma bloggers! We went to NYFW with Kelssey from The Styled Blonde (so fun!) and then we were able to meet up with Amy Ann from Straight A Style once we arrived. Loved hanging out with these sweet and pretty ladies.
A huge highlight of the party was meeting Jillian Harris! She is beyond adorable and gorgeous and so much smaller in person! She even snap chatted about meeting us and asked for our business card. Too fun! We loved watching her on the bachelorette and now on Love It or List It Vancouver.
Then we were so excited to meet Lacey Anne from A Glimpse of Glitter and Amanda from The Miller Affect blog. Sorry for the crazy pic angle Lacey…not sure how part of your cuteness got cropped out by the photographer. 😉 We actually were able to to meet Amanda earlier that day at a fun blogger brunch. She is from Dallas and is a blogger on fire! She has given us so many tips and tricks since we joined her InstaStyle Society on FB. You can check out her blog for more info.
Then we met the oh so sweet and pretty Anna from Live More Beautifully. Her outfit was so fun and party ready. She is from Houston and it was so great to finally meet her.
One small blonde is so so cute! Brooke is from Dallas (but originally from our hometown) and we loved meeting her in person too. Must get those shoes…
More sister sister photos! 🙂
The Nike ID wall was a fun addition to the party and they were offering personalized tennis shoes. What’s not to love!?
We will back tomorrow with a few last highlights from the trip + a giveaway and then Friday we have a fab guest post from Amanda. So stay tuned!
Happy Shopping!
love the show wall!!!
