As a major fan of blue, I had to wear this floral skirt and ruffle sleeve blouse. I loved how this Hydragea Bouquet Gatehered A-Line Skirt has a full silhouette but is still flattering. It even has pockets! The fabric is soft and doesn't wrinkle, which is always a huge plus. The skirt {available in size 0-14} pairs perfectly with this Flutter Sleeve Mixed Media Blouse.
