June has always been known as the most popular month for weddings! So we thought it would be so fun to share some ideas of what to wear to a formal summer wedding. So with that being said, today kicks off our very first Wedding Wednesday post!
Last month we had so much fun getting to wear these stunning looks from Tahari ASL! We wanted to coordinate but not to both wear dresses. So Lindsay decided to be a bit more modern and wear a wide leg jumpsuit with lace flutter sleeves. I’m a tad more classic, so I went with this gorgeous high neck lace hem dress. Lindsay’s Wedding Look: A Black Formal Jumpsuit
This black jumpsuit is made from crepe fabric and is so comfortable! The style elongates your legs too! If you have a long torso we recommend sizing up. Lindsay did that and it worked perfectly for her.

Whitney’s Wedding Look: A Formal Maxi Dress
As soon as I saw this floral burnout fabric dress with a high neck featuring the sweetest lace, I knew it would be perfect for our black tie event. The dress was so comfortable to wear and didn’t wrinkle at all. I love how the tones of pink, yellow and white paired with the black background and black lace details. I’m wearing my usual size here so we’d say it does run true to size.
I added in my favorite black Kate Spade clutch and sparkly BaubleBar earrings to accessorize my look. From the flowy A-line silhouette to the one of a kind high neck lace detail – this Tahari ASL dress would be so perfect for a wedding!
